We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

HR Intern

to join our team at our

Growth India Okhla Phase 2 office.

This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and wants to build a career in recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the

end-to-end recruitment process

Screen resumes and conduct initial

candidate outreach

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers Maintain HR databases, records, and documentation Support onboarding and induction processes Participate in employer branding initiatives and job postings
