About the Role:



As an

HR Intern

at Enlabs Technology, you will play a key role in the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

for our clients. From sourcing talent to coordinating interviews, you'll gain hands-on experience in real-world hiring scenarios. This internship comes with a

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Sourcing & Screening



Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.). Cold call and reach out to potential candidates based on job requirements. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability. Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and job postings.

Client Coordination



Post job openings as per client requirements across relevant platforms. Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates. Collect and share interview feedback from clients and follow up on next steps. Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.

Process Support



Assist in maintaining recruitment MIS, documentation, and reports. Participate in daily and weekly review meetings with the recruitment team. Support the onboarding process of selected candidates (document collection, follow-ups, etc.).

Who Can Apply:



Any Graduate, Students or recent graduates Strong communication skills (English & Hindi - verbal and written). Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership. Comfortable with using Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office. Prior experience or internship in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
