Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Support onboarding and induction processes
Handle administrative tasks such as drafting emails, filing, and data entry
Requirements:
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and contribute to team efforts
