About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Human Resources Intern
to support our HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks. The selected candidate will gain valuable exposure to key HR functions, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement. This internship is ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in payroll processing and maintenance of accurate employee records
Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update HR databases and documentation
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and screening applications
Provide support in organizing employee engagement initiatives
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR department
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
