Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support in employee onboarding and documentation
Help maintain and update HR records and databases
Assist in drafting HR communications and policy documents
Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback collection
Provide support in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
