We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
who can support day-to-day HR operations while also assisting with basic administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and office administration in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and performance records.
Help in planning employee engagement activities and events.
Support payroll and compliance coordination, if required.
Administration:
Assist in maintaining office supplies and handling procurement tasks.
Coordinate courier, stationary, and basic office upkeep requirements.
Support daily admin tasks like data entry, documentation, and filing.
Help with internal communications and announcements.
Assist in routine office maintenance coordination.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and admin processes.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
A proactive, learning attitude with attention to detail.
