About the Role

As an HR Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to

end-to-end HR functions

- from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance tracking, and offboarding. This is a full-spectrum HR role designed to give you real experience in how people, culture, and policy shape a fast-paced startup.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across tech, design, marketing & operations roles Coordinate interviews, maintain applicant tracking, and follow up with candidates Support onboarding process including documentation, orientation, and welcome kits

Performance & Policy

Help maintain attendance, leave, and performance trackers Support in enforcing office policies (e.g. punctuality, dress code, Monday meetings, etc.) Collect and compile data for performance reviews and monthly rewards

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute team events, fun activities, and recognition programs Help manage weekly initiatives like "Player of the Week," birthday shoutouts, etc. Assist in internal communication and HR announcements

HR Admin & Operations

Maintain updated HR records and personnel files Assist in drafting HR documents (offer letters, notices, certificates, etc.) Ensure smooth exit formalities when required

Who You Are

A people-person with strong communication and coordination skills Organized and proactive, with attention to detail Interested in startup culture and modern HR practices A fast learner with a "get-things-done" attitude Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and basic documentation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
