The HR Intern will support the HR Department in day-to-day operations and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
ESIC and EPF
documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Support the
recruitment process
, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Manage and update
biometric attendance
records and coordinate with departments for corrections.
Assist in
onboarding activities
such as document verification, joining formalities, and employee file creation.
Support
exit formalities
, including resignation documentation, clearance process, and exit records.
Maintain HR files, registers, and basic MIS reports as required.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor compliance (ESIC, EPF).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
