Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
Support HR team in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Work on assigned HR projects and tasks to support organizational needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresh graduate or undergraduate students (MBA/PGDM preferred, but students from any stream may apply).
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work actively, learn quickly, and adapt to a professional environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
