Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Dayal Bagh

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Help with onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events and training sessions.

Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Previous internship or work experience in an office environment is a plus.

Familiarity with HR software and systems.
