As an HR Intern focusing on recruitment, you will assist our HR team in managing the full recruitment cycle. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain insights into the recruitment processes and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.

- Support the onboarding process for new hires.

- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.

- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and recruitment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
