Support the HR team in daily operations and coordination work.
Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates from job portals.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
Help in document collection and onboarding formalities for new joiners.
Help prepare and organize employee files and HR documents.
Assist in preparing basic reports and Excel sheets for HR tracking.
Coordinate with IT and Accounts teams for employee-related requirements.
Help in organizing HR activities, employee engagement, and office events.
Learn about payroll structure, HR policies, and plant operations during the internship.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR department.
