Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, job portals, and social media hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is an added advantage.
