Responsibilities



Assist in recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Help in payroll, attendance, and leave management. Organize employee engagement activities. Provide support in HR policies and compliance. Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

Requirements



Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field. Freshers or candidates with internship experience in HR can apply. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR concepts. Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
