Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
for candidates.
Maintain and update
HR databases, employee records, and documentation

Support the
onboarding and induction process
for new hires.
Assist in drafting
job descriptions and job postings

Coordinate and support
HR events, employee engagement activities, and training programs
.
Handle basic
HR operations and administrative tasks

Work closely with the HR team on
day-to-day HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in HR, Management, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Enthusiastic to learn and grow in the HR field.
