The Strategic Talent Acquisition Intern plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the organization. Leveraging industry insights and recruitment expertise, this individual is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring that the company's hiring needs align with its long-term strategic goals.
What you can expect as a HR-Talent Acquisition Intern at Illumine-i:
Identifying demand:

  • You'll collaborate with departmental heads and HR leadership to understand the company's long-term goals and talent needs.
  • You'll develop a strategic recruitment plan to address current and projected vacancies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Identifying & attracting top talents:
  • You'll use a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing techniques including online job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
  • You'll represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to create a robust talent pipeline.
Interview Process:
  • You'll design and implement effective evaluation processes to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
  • You'll conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • You'll make data-driven decisions based on metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • You'll foster strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure clarity on job roles, candidate profiles, and feedback loops.
  • You'll work with the HR team to streamline hiring processes and enhance candidate experience.
Employer Branding:
  • You'll collaborate with marketing and communication teams to showcase the company's culture, values, and benefits, enhancing its attractiveness to potential candidates.
  • You'll monitor and improve the company's employer reputation on platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
Continuous Learning & Development:
  • You'll stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • You'll participate in training, workshops, and seminars to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
Onboarding & Integration:
  • You'll partner with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, from offer acceptance to onboarding and integration into the company culture.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • You'll generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to HR leadership and hiring managers.
  • You'll use data analytics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
