Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports
Help coordinate training, engagement, and HR activities
Support performance management and KPI tracking
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
