We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen interest in developing their career in human resources.
Duties:-
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, including social media and job boards.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
Maintain and update employee records in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information, benefits, and training records.
Collaborate with team members to assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and PeopleSoft to streamline recruitment processes.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and preparing reports.
Engage with employees to promote HR programmes and initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
