Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding, joining formalities, and induction processes.
Assist in employee engagement and HR communication activities.
Handle documentation such as offer letters, attendance, and leaves.
Support HR team in day-to-day operations and reporting.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Pursuing or Completed) in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn HR functions.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
