We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about HR processes, eager to learn, and capable of handling confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage and coordinate tie-ups with colleges and recruitment initiatives of the organization across business units.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Assist in organizing orientation sessions for new hires.
Prepare onboarding documents and employee files.
Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and clearance formalities.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist with data entry, documentation, and file management.
Support payroll documentation and leave tracking.
Employee Engagement
Help plan and execute engagement activities and employee events.
Collect feedback from employees on events and suggest improvements.
Compliance and Policy Support
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are updated and communicated.
Support internal audits and compliance documentation.
Learning & Development
Coordinate training sessions and track participation.
Help maintain training records and feedback.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Having one year of experience in HR is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
