Key Responsibilities:




Assist HRBPs in coordinating HR initiatives and strategic projects Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires Help maintain employee records and HR databases Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback sessions Work on HR dashboards, reports, and analytics Participate in policy reviews, compliance checks, and audits Support performance management and appraisal processes Address employee queries in coordination with relevant HR teams Conduct research and prepare presentations on HR best practices
