HR Intern Position

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Help create job descriptions and postings for various roles.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Enthusiastic to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Range:
No previous professional experience required; however, any prior internships or volunteer work related to HR will be advantageous (0-1 years).
Job Timing:
This internship requires the intern to work in-office during standard business hours.
