We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on exposure to the complete HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, coordination, documentation, and HR administration. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity after successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidate profiles through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media platforms
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlisting criteria
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain candidate communication
Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records
Assist in onboarding activities, including documentation and joining formalities
Support HR filing systems and record management
Assist with attendance records and preparation of basic HR reports
Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data maintenance
Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during interviews and onboarding
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding hiring requirements and updates
Handle HR-related information with confidentiality and professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes preferred
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Prior internship or academic exposure in HR or recruitment
Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance
