Key Responsibilities

Assist in

planning

and execution of daily operational activities. Manage

recruitment and staffing

processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Maintain

detailed company records

and documentation. Conduct

cold calling

to potential clients or candidates to introduce company services and opportunities. Perform regular

follow-ups

with clients, candidates, or leads to build relationships and ensure engagement. Develop and implement a professional

approach

for client communication and outreach. Support internal and external

coordination

between departments and partners. Conduct

research

and prepare relevant reports as needed. Manage and update

social media platforms

and digital presence.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong
