Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Help coordinate training sessions and track training attendance and records.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across departments.
Support time and attendance tracking and coordinate with payroll.
Participate in safety and compliance audits/documentation as needed.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Key Skills Required :
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR functions
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
