Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
(job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination)
Support
onboarding and induction
of new employees
Maintain and update
employee records and HR databases
Assist in
attendance, leave tracking, and documentation
Help organize
employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events
Support HR in drafting
HR policies, notices, and internal communications
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Requirements & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed
MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA in HR or related field
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of
HR processes and recruitment
Proficient in
MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to maintain
confidentiality and professionalism
