Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

? Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires.

? Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.

? Support HR policies and initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

? Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

? Handle HR-related queries and provide support in day-to-day operations.

? Contribute to payroll processing and leave management.

? Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

? Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
