Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in an "In-charge" or managerial capacity, preferably in a [manufacturing industry.
Job Summary:
The HR In-charge will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, people-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to employee well-being and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job analysis, creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes.
Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and facilitate their integration into the company culture.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives and legal requirements (e.g., labor laws, local regulations).
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital.
Manage HR administration, including attendance tracking, leave records, and employee data management.

Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Interpersonal & Relationship Building:
Ability to build rapport, trust, and effective relationships with employees and management.

Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Labor Laws:
