Ensuring organization is Statutory complied with all Labour related Acts including safety. Administration and related activities. Role & responsibilities Understanding Companys Vision, Mission, Values Devise & Implementation of recruitment strategy & processes Setting up HR policies aligned with business objective & goals, its implementation and annual review. Issuance of Offer /Appointment/ Confirmation Letters Induction and Joining formalities of all individuals Maintenance of Personal Records / Files of all employees Attendance & Leave Management Payroll processing & its management Driving Performance Management Process & ensuring KRA & KPIs are set for all employees in the Company and reviews are held periodically. Setting up KRAs/KPIs for the Team and review on regular basis Annual Increments & issuance of letters Training & Development - Training need identification, organizing training programs, Feedback evaluation and corrective measures. Team Engagement & development, succession planning. Addressing employees grievances, queries & concerns Employee engagement & welfare activities, rewards & recognition programs Organizing Townhall meeting for employees Statutory and Legal Compliance like - Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Welfare fund, Minimum Wages, Employee Compensation Act, Bonus Act, Employment Exchange, Factories Act etc. Filing of Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly Returns applicable as per Act Liaison with Govt. Authorities on Labour related matters Disciplinary actions for misconduct and legal proceedings Responsible for overall Administration function of the Company Exit management and Full & Final Settlement of Claims Driving 5S & Safety activities in the company Implementation of Quality initiative programs like ISO 9000 for the function Maintaining and improvising Standard Operating Procedures of the Function Timely submission of MIS reports to Management Function related Vendor Management Skills,Knowledge Required, Functional Competencies: Planning & Organizing, Liaison, Employee Engagement, Business knowledge, Quality Initiatives ISO 9000
