The HR - Service Trainer Female is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating training programs that enhance service quality, employee performance and customer experience. The role focuses on onboarding, soft skills, service standards and continuous employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new hires
Design and deliver service excellence, customer handling and soft skills training
Assess training needs in coordination with HR and department heads
Develop training materials, presentations, SOPs and service manuals
Conduct role-plays, mock sessions and performance evaluations
Monitor post-training performance and provide feedback for improvement
Coordinate with HR for training calendars and attendance tracking
Support employee engagement and behavioral development initiatives
Maintain training records, reports and compliance documentation
Skills & Competencies:
Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
Ability to engage diverse groups and conduct interactive sessions
Coaching and mentoring skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and training tools
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Certification in Training & Development or Soft Skills (preferred)
