QUALIFICATION:

MBA in HR (Experience in HR Admin & IR)

Job Location



Thane (Head Office), will have to travel to our plants in Rabale, Taloja, and Ambernath as and when required.

Experience



Minimum 16 To 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Admin & IR Prior experience in

transformer manufacturing

is must

Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory

Tasks and Responsibilities



In this senior leadership role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by developing and managing our people strategy. Your responsibilities will span all key HR functions including recruitment, labor relations, administration, and compliance. Your leadership will ensure alignment of HR practices with business goals across all company locations.

Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures in alignment with business needs Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding for head office and plant operations Oversee grievance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes with integrity and fairness Manage Industrial Relations, including union negotiations, contract compliance, and labor law adherence Supervise general administration including facilities, security, travel, and statutory documentation Drive performance management, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and factory regulations Coordinate with plant HR teams to ensure smooth communication and people practices Lead organizational culture programs to boost employee engagement and retention Report HR metrics, risks, and compliance updates to senior leadership regularly

Required Skills and Knowledge



This role requires a confident, knowledgeable, and people-focused HR leader with a strong track record in the manufacturing sector. You will work closely with both plant-level operations and senior executives.

At least 16 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including Administration and Industrial Relations In-depth understanding of labor laws, IR practices, and statutory compliance in the Indian manufacturing context Proven experience in union negotiations and conflict resolution in a multi-plant environment Ability to manage administration operations across locations including security and facility services Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage change effectively Familiarity with HRMS tools, ERP systems, and process automation is an advantage Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR programs with company goals Postgraduate degree in HR (MBA-HR or equivalent) from a recognized university
