Job Title: HR Helper / HR Assistant

Job Summary:
The HR Helper/Assistant will support the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks such as
maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, documentation, attendance management, and other
HR operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining employee personal files and HR documentation.
2. Support the recruitment process - scheduling interviews, collecting documents, updating candidate
records.
3. Help in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
4. Maintain attendance records and leave tracking under guidance.
5. Support HR in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR correspondence.
6. Coordinate for ID cards, access cards, stationary, etc.
7. Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance and timesheets.
8. Handle employee queries and forward them to HR Manager.
9. Assist in organizing HR activities - training, events, and celebrations.
10. Perform clerical tasks like filing, scanning documents, updating excel sheets, etc.
11. Maintain cleanliness and order of HR files and work area.
12. Any other task assigned by the HR Manager/Supervisor.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred)
Organized and disciplined
Ability to handle confidential information
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Educational Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
HR or Computer course certification preferred, not mandatory
