Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee lifecycle.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and salary inputs.
Manage payroll, employee relations, grievances, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, and HR policies.
Accounts (No Separate Accounts Staff)
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
Prepare payroll, salary transfers, and incentive calculations.
Manage petty cash, vendor payments, expense tracking, and ledgers.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and support CA for audits & filings.
Administration
Oversee office operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Manage office supplies, AMC renewals, stationery, and support services.
Handle front desk supervision, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR (must).
Strong working knowledge of Accounting (Tally/Excel).
Excellent communication, leadership & multitasking skills.
Ability to independently manage HR, Accounts, and Admin without supervision.
Salary: Rs. 15000.00 to Rs. 30000.00
