About the Role
The HR Head will lead the entire Human Resources function of the organization, ensuring robust HR processes, talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing end-to-end HR operations specifically for a finance or consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, HR policies, and organizational development.
Lead and mentor the HR team for efficient HR operations.
2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
Oversee full recruitment processes for all business units.
Work with department heads to define hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
Implement structured hiring, onboarding, and induction programs.
3. Performance Management
Drive the performance appraisal process, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.
Facilitate continuous performance feedback and capability-building initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Promote a positive workplace culture ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutions.
Plan and execute engagement and welfare activities.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
Manage payroll coordination and HRMS systems.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and design L&D programs that enhance team capabilities.
Collaborate with external trainers or internal leaders for skill-building initiatives.
7. MIS & Reporting
Maintain HR dashboards, monthly HR reports, and data-driven insights for management.
Present key HR metrics to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience; at least 2 years in an HR Head/Lead role.
Experience in finance, consulting, or professional services industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and talent management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
