4. Performance & Talent Development
Oversee performance appraisal and goal-setting across departments.
Identify leadership and training needs for managerial growth.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
Explain, implement, and ensure adherence to HR and company policies.
Monitor policy compliance and promote ethical, disciplined work culture.
6. Organisation Development & Change
Support restructuring, culture-building, and succession planning initiatives.
Lead change management and employee alignment with company vision.
