oDevelop, implement, and oversee HR strategies aligned with corporate goals. oStrong exposure to HR 3.0 and working knowledge of HR 4.0 digital transformation practice

Objective:

To lead HR transformation aligning with organizational growth, ensuring compliance oEnsure compliance with statutory and labor laws relevant to ISP/BPO operations. oLead the design and rollout of HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs. oBuild a robust talent acquisition framework tailored to fast-paced ISP/BPO environments. oOversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, and workforce retention initiatives. oCollaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. oHandle corporate compliance, administrative functions, and HR audits. oImplement HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking. oDrive employer branding and internal communication programs.

TRAINING / PROJECT DONE

oAdvanced HR Analytics and HR Tech Integration. oWorkshops on Labour Law, Industrial Relations, and Corporate Compliance. oDigital HR 4.0 Implementation Project or HR Process Automation exposure. oLeadership and Organizational Behaviour training programs.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
