Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify areas for HR process improvements, implement innovative solutions, and leverage technology to streamline HR operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment platforms, performance management tools, and other HR-related technologies.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in HR Management is a plus.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multinational companies with diverse work forces and complex HR challenges.
Advanced certifications like SHRM-CP, SPHR, or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with HR analytics, AI tools for recruitment, automation in HR processes, and emerging trends in HR technology.
