The HR Head will lead the entire Human Resources function, ensuring strong organizational culture, smooth HR operations, and strategic workforce planning. This role acts as a key business partner to management and drives all HR initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead the HR team and ensure efficient execution of all HR operations.
Provide guidance to management on people-related decisions.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Design and execute recruitment strategies for all levels.
Ensure manpower planning, forecasting, and talent pipeline development.
Improve hiring processes and reduce TAT.
3. Performance Management
Oversee the performance appraisal system (quarterly/annual).
Ensure goal setting, review process, and performance improvement plans.
Support managers in identifying high performers and training needs.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Plan employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and retention programs.
Reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction scores.
5. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
Partner with departments for career development initiatives.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and implement HR policies as per labor law guidelines.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory requirements.
Handle audits, documentation, and legal HR matters.
7. Payroll & HR Operations
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HRMS.
Ensure accurate employee records and smooth onboarding/offboarding.
8. Management Reporting
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, attrition analysis, and hiring reports.
Provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
