Profile:

HR Head - Salon and Spa (Retail)

Roles:

1. Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring for all 9 branches, Build internal talent pool and reduce dependency on agencies.

2. Training & Development: Set up structured onboarding and induction process, Conduct skill development & grooming trainings regularly.

3. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, staff evaluations, and KPI-based reviews, Drive productivity and staff discipline.

4. Staff Retention & Culture Building: Design reward & recognition programs, Handle grievances, exit interviews, and engagement activities.

5. HR Operations & Compliance: Attendance tracking, payroll inputs, leave management, Policy updates, documentation, compliance audits

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1.Excellent communication and leadership skills

2.Capable of handling field teams, junior to senior levels

3.Proficient with HR software and Google Workspace

Office Timings:

10 am to 7 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
