Looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all HR functions at our Roorkee location.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage HR & Admin systems and processes.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including senior and CXO-level roles.
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Drive performance management and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.
Oversee general administration and office operations.
Requirements:
15+ years of HR Generalist experience across industries.
Proven experience in setting up HR departments.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Hands-on with HR operations, compliance, and policy drafting.
