Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Head of Human Resources

to lead the HR function of our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and extensive experience within the real estate or property development sector. You will be responsible for driving people strategies that support business objectives, cultivating a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance across all HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, particularly in project-based and field team environments. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce development.

Talent Acquisition & Deployment



Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, focusing on hiring top talent in sales, site management, project development, legal, and support roles. Build talent pipelines for upcoming real estate projects and expansions.

Employee Relations & Compliance



Manage employee relations, labor issues, and conflict resolution across sites and corporate offices. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, RERA regulations (if applicable), and other HR-related statutory requirements.

Performance & Compensation Management



Drive a performance management system tailored to project-based roles and deliverables. Design competitive compensation and incentive structures, especially for sales and project execution teams.

Learning & Development



Identify training needs and create customized learning programs for sales teams, construction site staff, customer relationship teams, and others. Foster leadership development and succession planning for critical roles.

Culture & Engagement



Promote a culture of accountability, ethics, and results-oriented teamwork. Develop and oversee employee engagement initiatives tailored for a diverse and dispersed workforce.

HR Operations



Oversee payroll, HRMS systems, benefits, attendance, and compliance reporting. Manage HR budgets and optimize HR processes for efficiency.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry. Proven ability to manage HR functions across multiple project sites and office locations. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR policies specific to the real estate sector. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
