Senior Manager - Human Resources

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Senior Manager - Human Resources to lead strategic HR initiatives, drive organizational growth, and foster a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership across all facets of HR -- strategy, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals and business plans.
Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Formulate and implement HR policies, employee engagement frameworks, and people development programs.
Drive organizational development, succession planning, and competency mapping initiatives.
Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Champion a positive work culture, employee relations, and grievance resolution processes.
Leverage HR analytics to monitor metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Manage and mentor HR team members to ensure operational excellence and service quality.
Desired Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR roles with exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a growing organization.
Hands-on knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and people analytics tools.
