About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

HR Head

with

7-8 years of HR experience in the real estate sector

. The ideal candidate will lead the HR function, drive recruitment, compliance, and culture, and build strong, high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales & support roles

Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies

Oversee onboarding, employee engagement & appraisals

Build a strong, performance-driven workplace culture

Requirements:

7-8 years of HR experience in the

real estate industry only

Excellent leadership & decision-making skills
Strong command over hiring, compliance & HR operations
Must be able to
