Key Responsibilities:



1. Team Leadership & Accountability

Lead and mentor the Recruitment Team and HRBP, ensuring clear goals, performance tracking, and timely deliverables. Build a strong HR function with defined responsibilities, high ownership, and measurable outcomes. Review and approve key HR decisions executed by the team.
2. HR Strategy & Organization Building

Design and implement long-term HR strategies aligned with Infinium's business growth plans and project pipeline. Strengthen the organisational structure, workforce planning, and succession pipelines. Drive strategic initiatives in culture building, employer branding, and capability enhancement.
3. Talent Acquisition Oversight

Guide the Recruitment Team on hiring priorities, manpower forecasting, and recruitment quality. Set hiring standards, interview frameworks, and turnaround timelines. Build systems to attract top talent across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, and Project teams.
4. Culture, Leadership & Engagement

Strengthen Infinium's core values and build a culture of performance, integrity, and collaboration. Develop engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and leadership development initiatives. Work closely with Founders to maintain culture alignment during rapid scaling.
5. Performance & Capability Development

Establish and refine the performance management system (goals, reviews, appraisal cycles). Support HRBP in identifying training needs and driving L&D initiatives. Develop leadership competency models and succession strategies.
6. Governance, Policies & Compliance (Oversight)

Set direction for HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs; ensure the HR team executes them effectively. Ensure statutory compliance and ethical practices are maintained. Oversee payroll, attendance systems, and HR operations without direct operational involvement.

Ideal Qualification & Skills:



10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Exposure to growth environments such as real estate, construction, retail, or fast-scaling companies preferred.

Strong people leadership skills with experience managing HR teams.

Expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition oversight, performance management, and organizational development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
