Job Description

An HR Head develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing all people functions like recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and legal compliance, while leading the HR team, managing budgets, and fostering a positive company culture to attract, retain, and develop top talent. They act as a bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring smooth operations and strategic workforce development. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

: Develop and execute HR strategies, align with business objectives, manage budgets, and lead the HR department.

Talent Management

: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal systems, and talent development.

Employee Relations

: Manage conflict resolution, address grievances, foster engagement, and ensure a positive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

: Design and manage salary structures, benefits packages, and recognition programs.

Compliance & Policy

: Ensure adherence to labor laws, create HR policies, and manage HR data and reporting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
