Job Summary:



The HR Head is responsible for leading the Human Resources function, ensuring effective HR operations, strategic workforce planning, and implementation of HR policies aligned with organizational goals. The role oversees recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:1. HR Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Lead workforce planning, budgeting, and manpower forecasting. Drive HR transformation and organizational development initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all departments. Ensure timely hiring, strong selection processes, and structured induction programs. Build talent pipelines for critical roles.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations



Create and promote a positive, compliant, and high-performance work culture. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Conduct engagement activities, feedback surveys, and retention strategies.

4. Performance Management



Implement and monitor PMS (KPI/KRA-based). Support HODs in goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans. Evaluate training needs and ensure capacity-building initiatives.

5. HR Operations & Payroll Coordination



Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Ensure correct salary processing in collaboration with accounts. Maintain and update HRIS systems.

6. Policy Development & Compliance



Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and manuals. Ensure statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, shops & establishment, labour laws, etc.). Maintain employee records, documentation, and audit readiness.

7. Training & Development



Plan annual training calendars based on NABH and organizational requirements. Conduct leadership development programs and skill-based training sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness regularly.

8. Administration Oversight (if applicable)



Supervise administrative functions like housekeeping, security, transport, and facility management. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and vendor coordination.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle complex situations and resolve conflicts professionally. Strategic thinking with strong organizational and people management abilities. Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and documentation.

Qualification & Experience:



MBA / PGDM in Human Resources. 8-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities. Experience in healthcare/hospital HR (preferred but not mandatory
