Oversee overall HR and personnel functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company goals and statutory requirements.
Handle manpower planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to meet business needs.
Manage employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance redressal to ensure a positive work culture.
Supervise training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial relations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Liaise with government departments, external agencies, and unions on HR and personnel matters.
Prepare and manage HR budgets, MIS reports, and analytics for management review.
Guide and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
Support top management in strategic decision-making related to human resources and organizational growth.
