Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition activities.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Build a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance employee performance.
Support career development and succession planning.

HR Operations & Compliance
Manage HR policies, payroll, benefits, and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Event Management
Plan and execute corporate events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
Manage logistics, communication, and employee participation.

Strategic Planning & Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters.
Develop long-term strategies to improve talent acquisition, retention, and employee satisfaction
