Experience:- 15-17 years in Automobile companies.

Education:- MBA in HR or Graduate in any stream.

Knowledge:-

1. Manage recruitment and selection process.

2. Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies.

3. Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring.

4. Handle employee onboarding and induction.

5. Maintain employee records and HR databases.

6. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

7. Implement HR policies and procedures.

8. Address employee queries and grievances.

9. Organize training and development programs.

10. Monitor performance appraisal process.

11. Support employee engagement activities.

12. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

13. Coordinate with management on HR strategies.

14. Promote a healthy and positive workplace culture.
