Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Overseeing the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of top talent.

Employee Relations:

Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

Developing and implementing performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs and developing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

HR Operations:

Overseeing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), payroll, and other administrative functions.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

HR Budget Management:

Managing the HR budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Leadership and Team Management:

Providing guidance, support, and development opportunities for the HR team.

Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide guidance, and manage performance.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
